Bordo’s range of Impact Bits are designed and manufactured for optimum performance in modern impact drivers. Not only do they offer significantly increased bit life in impact applications but they also offer exceptional performance in standard driving usage. The impact driver action places high peak torque demands on both insert and power bits. Our range features a uniquely engineered torsion zone with multi-stage hardening and tempering to dissipate damaging peak loads.

Bordo standard series Screwdriver Bits, Nutsetters, Bit Holders and Quick Change Extensions

Bordo’s standard range of screwdriver bits includes an extensive range of insert bits, powerbits, nutsetters, magnetic bit holders, quick change bit holders and quick change extensions. Insert bits and powerbits are available in a large range of tip styles and lengths to suit all common applications and most security fasteners. All bits are packaged in individual sleeves, in strips of 5 or 10 pieces, which are marked with the part number and barcode. All bit tips are precision formed to ensure optimum engagement ensuring maximum tool life and minimising damage to screw heads. Each bit is manufactured using high grade alloy material and heat tempered for high durability in all general purpose applications. Bordo’s standard range provides professional quality bits that are suitable for use in all common fastening applications.

For challenging applications Bordo has developed the “Plus” range when extreme bit performance is paramount. These insert bits feature multi-stage hardening and tempering to create a dynamic torsion zone which dissipates damaging peak torque. DiaTiN and ISOTiN bits also include high performance surface coatings to increase surface hardness and increase wear resistance. The Plus range also includes a range of premium bit holders which have been designed to provide outstanding functionality. Bordo Plus Hi-Torque Dynamic Torsion Bits include:

Quick Change Handle

Bordo’s quick change screwdriver bit handle is machined from a solid aluminium billet with fine knurling for the ultimate non-slip grip. Each handle features two click-in quick change sockets to suit all standard 1/4" hex shank accessories. Ideal for use with with any of Bordo’s extensive range of premium quality powerbits.
