Annular Cutters achieve burr-free finished holes without the need for pre-drilling or step drilling. Faster and more accurate than using standard HSS twist drills.

Bordo’s range of HSS Annular Cutters feature a universal shank which allows them to be used with most brands of mag based drill.

These M2AL material cutters have a high hardness for prolonged tool life. The proprietary hardening process used in the manufacture of these cutters ensures that the cutting tips are extremely hard and durable while the remainder of the cutter is more flexible and resists breakage. The multi-cut tooth geometry and internal relief improves smoothness of the cut hole and ensures a more efficient and chatter free performance. The precision ground flutes run the entire length of the cutter providing efficient chip removal.
