Bordo’s range of Brilliant diamond hole saws are manufactured using vacuum brazing to “adhere” the diamond material to the saw.

Brilliant Diamond Saws feature:

• Vacuum brazing provides the strongest bond between the diamond particles and the holesaw • Superior performance and greater saw life than traditional electroplated diamond saws

Multi-facet Tungsten Carbide Tip

These Rotary Only ceramic tile drills provide outstanding performance and extended tool life in hard ceramic materials. They feature a unique cutting edge geometry in conjunction with high temperature brazing to ensure reliable and accurate drilling in multiple hole applications. Use of water cooling will extend bit life. • Although these drill bits are not recommended for drilling vitrified porcelain, their superior multi-facet tungsten carbide tip enables them to drill most materials of this type, albeit with a reduced tool life

Tungsten Carbide Spear Point Drills

These drills are designed for drilling glass, tile and other hard, brittle materials. The tungsten carbide spear point is extremely hard and features uniquely sharpened edges for fast penetration with reduced end thrust. These drill bits cut clean round holes without chipping or material breakage. Work best with a lubricant such as water to extend bit life.

When drilling multiple holes in ceramic tiles, or when drilling vitrified porcelain, we recommend using either Bordo ceramic tile drills or the Bordo mist drill product range.

Range:

• 7 sizes from 1/8" to 1/2"

Ceramic Tile Drills are also suitable for use in brick, concrete and other masonry materials. Ensure the drill is in rotary only - DO NOT use hammer action.
